Diwali Celebration – 2019

Diwali is the festival of lights, unbound joy and happiness, so to enrich its significance a special celebration was held up in Amarjyoti Saraswati Vidhyalaya on 18-10-2019, friday.

Starting with the morning assembly students of std-7-8 briefed about the significance of the festival and how Diwali is celebrated across the country. They also sensitised others about the ill-effects of crackers and their safety measures.

All the students enthusiastically celebrated Diwali with various competitions like rangoli making and Aarti Thali decoration These competitions were held house wise in the second half of the day. All the participants had put in lot of efforts for the competition which was quite spectacular. Everyone came to school in mufti on this day and that added more festive mood to its origin.
