Rules for Parents
Kindly note the following instruction
This student dairy has been prepared with the object of keeping you informed about the progress of your ward on day to day basis. You will appreciate that without close interaction between parents and teachers and effective co-operation between home and school, the educational objectives with regard to your ward may not be fully achieved
- Wearing uniform during school hours is compulsory
- You are requested to keep a check on his/her work regularly
- You are requested to read carefully the printed matter in the communicator
- You may be called upon by the class teacher or subject teachers of your ward to visit the school by a request made in the communicator
- Children are not allowed to bring and use mobile phones in the campus. If students are found with mobile phones, they will be confiscated
- You are requested to see to it that your wards adhere to the rules and regulations regarding uniform, punctuality etc
- You are requested to read the remarks given in the diary and put your signature as an acknowledgement
- Your ward required to note down the day to day home assignment in work sheets etc. given to the students throughout the year which should be kept in a file carefully
- Hairstyle should be according to the norms of the school
- If you feel that your ward is not making the desired progress you are requested to personally contact the class or subject teacher after obtaining the principal’s permission
- In case of any family function/event, if your ward is required to stay home or come later, in normal circumstances it is better security reason that a child stay home for the whole day
- Shirt button should not be kept open and shirt should be trucked in properly. Belts to be worn tightly and visibly
- No late comers will be allowed into the school premises and no student will allowed to leave school without an authentic leave letter from the parent/guardian. Please do not withdraw children from the school during school hours, unless it is an emergency
