In the journey of imparting quality education since past 27 years, Bhavnagar has been extremely lucky to have ASIS group of schools in the heart of the city. The benevolent nature of the Directors Capt. Kiritsinh Gohil and Mrs. Amarjyotiba Gohil has showered innumerable and uncountable concessions to students in their educational journey. The institution has a long list of beneficiaries may it be children of the needy and poor, children of Defence personnel, children of single mothers, underprivileged, widows or sportsmen. The institution has always spread literacy in the society with the state of art education system.
It has been a recurring challenge for administrators to encounter the needy and meritorious students every year and mobilizing funds for them. Our first and foremost resource always has been our philanthropic directors. As times have become difficult, we have now thought to get things organized and run through proper channels with utmost transparency. There lies the birth “LAJJA FOUNDATION”.
We are trying to create a scholarship mobilizing fund for the deserving candidates. Thus creating a pool of resources from those ‘who have’ to those ‘who don’t have’. LAJJA FOUNDATION will thus be a mediator to dispense scholarships in a apt and transparent manner.
