We celebrate Teachers’ day every year throughout the country on 5th September 2019. Students express their gratitude and appreciation for their teachers on this day. This day is dedicated to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan – second President of India who had been the great academic philosopher and one of the most well known diplomats, scholar, president of India and above all a teacher. As a tribute to this great teacher, his birthday has been observed as teachers’ day.
Students had put in lot of efforts for preparing an assembly for honoring teachers by presenting speech and wonderful dance performance. All the teachers were felicitated by the students with pen and a photographic mug expressing gratitude towards them. As a token of love they also brought cake for all the teachers and in that manner they ended celebrating teacher’s day. Later few students who were in the role of teachers taught in the lower classes which was quite enjoyable for all of them.
