Wish you All a Happy Independence Day 2014 ICSE/ISC

MAY OUR COUNTRY PROGRESS EVERYWHERE AND IN EVERYTHING. JAI HIND!

On the eve of our 68th Independence day, students of Amarjyoti Saraswati International school presented a melange of patriotic activities, including school prayer, speeches, patriotic songs, and cultural dances.

The National Flag was hoisted at 7.45 am by one of our senior staff members, Narsinh Dada. This was followed by National Anthem. The program was hosted by our School Vice Head boy Dhruv Soparia of class 11th.

Samkit Vejani of class 11th science delivered a speech highlighting the importance of this day. The Principal addressed the assembly and stressed the country’s rapid development, Unity in diversity, and our rich cultural heritage.

Students of classes 6th to 10th dressed up in tri-color presented a melodious patriotic group song which was prepared under the guidance of our music teacher Ms. Preeti Oza.

Class 6 girls performed a beautiful dance “Desh Mera Rangeela” which was prepared under the guidance of our Dance teacher Ms. Vishakha.

The function ended with a lovely dance performed by class 7 students with various patriotic songs mixed together to mark the significance of the day.

A lot of zeal and enthusiasm could be seen among the staff and the students. Sweets were distributed to the students. Overall it was a wonderful celebration.
