rules for parents
Kindly note the following instruction
Educating a child is ongoing process: most often, that child blossoms in school when parents & teachers work in a cohesive manner
- Your ward is required to note down the day to day home assignment in work sheet etc. given to the student throughout the year which should be kept in a file carefully
- You are requested to keep a check on his/her work regularly
- You may be called upon by the class teacher or subject teacher of your ward to visit the school through a request made in the almanac
- You are requested to read carefully the printed matter in the almanac
- You are requested to see it that your ward adhere to the rules and regulation regarding uniform, punctuality etc.
- Your are requested to read remarks given in the diary and put your signature as an acknowledgement
- Inform the charge of your residential address or phone number to the class teacher so that it is convenient to contact parents in case of emergency
- Half day leave should not be avoided. In case of emergency written permission must be taken from the principal
- Do not send your child to school/field trip is unwell
- Do set a study time and provide a place for your child to do his/her schoolwork at home. Check to see that work is completed correctly
- Please consistently praise your child efforts and keep motivating them
- Please state your expectation clearly so that your child listen and follow them
- If you feel that your ward is not making desired progress you are requested to personally contact the class or subject teacher after obtaining the principal’s permission
- In case of any family function or event, if your ward is required to stay home or come later in normal circumstances it is better security reason that a child stays home for the whole day
- No late comer will be allowed into the school premises and no student will be allowed to leave school without an authentic leave letter from the parent/guardian. Please do not withdraw children from the school hours, unless it is an emergency
- Wearing uniform according to the time table during school hour is compulsory
- Shirt buttons should not be kept open and shirt should be tucked in properly. Belts to be worn tightly and visibly
- Hairstyle should be crew cut according to the norms of the school
- Children are not allowed to bring and use mobile phones or any electric gadget in the campus. If student are found with them they will be confiscated and fined
- All the test papers sent home must be acknowledge and signed by the parents
- Please take time to listen to your child read, recite or just talk about things that happen at school
