Road Safety Awareness Drive | August 2022

Road safety is one of the major concerns of the 21st century. To address this concern, R.J Revar sir and P.D Parmar sir, the officers of the LAW AND ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT OF BHAVNAGAR, Conducted Traffic rules awareness drive at AMAR JYOTI SARASWATI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL in Collaboration with HINDUSTAN SCOUT AND GUIDE.

The Managing director of the ASIS Group Ms Amarjyotiba Gohil and the Principal of the School Mr Rajendrasinh Gohil welcomed the dignitaries and thanked the spectators who were the learners of the 11th and the 12th grade of all three schools on the ASIS campus.

The Enforcement officers R.J Revar sir and P.D Parmar sir laid stress on the following points.
• About the need of possessing a driving license.
• Need of following traffic rules.
• Wearing helmet and seat belts.
• Not to make use of mobile phones while driving.
• Various facilities the enforcement department possesses to control the traffic.
• Interpretation of the various traffic signs.
Apart from that, we had a quick questionnaire round where the questions of the students were answered by the Officers.

Principal Rajendrasinh Gohil concluded the awareness drive by the statement that this interactive session for creating awareness among students was very important as it makes them aware of the importance of their and others’ life. Students should come forward and follow these traffic rules obediently.
