Pariksha Pe Charcha is part of the larger movement – ‘Exam Warriors’ – led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to create a stress-free atmosphere for youngsters. The live telecast of ‘The Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023 programme was screened today for students of Class X & XII.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted the 6th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2023. During his two-hour discussion with students, teachers and parents PM advised them on how to overcome exam stress.
The Charcha started with the PM’s statement stating that discussion with the students is an examination for him as well. And crores of students are testing him. Whereas the Prime Minister finds it fortunate to know what the youth of the country thinks and expects from the country and the government and their dreams through this programme and the letters being sent to him by students. Without much waste of time, the event was followed by the Questioning and answering part.
Questions asked by students from various parts of the country included:
- How to manage stress, and time management?
- What is better hard work or smart work?
- How to deal with cheating in the examinations?
- How to overcome the attraction towards social media and focus on studies?
- How to overcome negative opinions and feedback?
- How to deal with family disappointments?
And many more such questions were put up by the students. PM Modiji answered these questions by giving examples from real-life experiences.
Here are the key takeaways from today’s Pariksha Pe Charcha event:
- Students should cut down screen time once a week
- Students should not use unfair means or cheat during exams
- Students should learn time management from their mothers
- Students should work hard but smartly
- Students should take criticism positively
- PM also advised students to learn the regional language PM pleaded with parents to give a free hand to students to fly high. They should take exams as a season not to worry but to celebrate and enjoy.
