Martyr’s Day or Shaheed Diwas is observed in India to commemorate the sacrifices of our great leaders especially The father of Nation “Mahatma Gandhi”. January 30th is observed as Martyr’s Day. Students of ASIS today gathered to pay homage to the Father of Nation, all the leaders of that era and the military personnel who sacrificed their life for the country.
Students were enlightened with the facts of the British India, the struggle and contributions our leaders made. Two minutes of silence was observed.
