attendance & leave policy
- Students must come to school in time i.e. they must enter the school premises 10 minutes before school times
- Late comers shall be sent home the fourth time they come late in a month, regular and punctual attendance is very important element of school learning
- First and last 12 school days of each them
- Schools functions and test
- Once a week before the terminal, annual and preliminary
- Whenever specially notified
- Students are recommended be on leave normally only for medical reasons
- We understand that sometimes your social or other obligations in your option/judgment may be more urgent and important your child school day, there for student shall be entitled to a maximum of 9 days of leave in a year
communication
- The first point of communication with the school through letter, e-mail or phone. In case of student’s absence the reception should be informed through the requested leave
- Curriculum issued associated with elective subject choices and general queries to do with school program should be directed to the principal of the concerned section head
- They will normally be available to meet parents on 4th Saturday of every month from 9:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M. noon will available on other days by appointment only
- Please contact the school office which will arrange a meeting at a mutually convenient time on the 4th Saturday of every month
