Freedom Fighters Show – Role Play
On this 72th Indian Republic Day Amarjyoti Saraswati International School conducted an activity on Great Indian Freedom Fighter through Role Play. Students were supposed to research about the life of one of our freedom fighters, dress up like them and prepare a speech. This provided an opportunity to all the students to showcase their talents of acting as well as public speaking. Through this course, they came across the lives of various freedom fighters of India which somehow or the other would have influenced them and made them remember their sacrifices, strengths and determination to seek freedom for their nation.
This is a great way for children to remember their country’s freedom fighters and respect and salute them for their unmatchable sacrifices and it would definitely help them to grow into better human beings.
In this competition, we came across some great leaders such as Rani Laxmi Bai, Sarojni Naidu, Chandra Shekhar Azad, Ashfaqullah Khan, and Bal Gangadhar Tilak which were well performed by Chahat, kankana, Aniruddha, Ekisha, Naishal, Shourya Khatsuriya. There can’t be any criteria to judge the performance on Great Indian Freedom Fighter because no boundaries could be set to one’s love and pride for their nation but to encourage and motivate students for their incompatible efforts we have given them prizes.
