ASIS Group Student Won The Acrysil Football Cup 2014 ICSE/ISC

“‘All work and no play makes Jack dull boy”

This is an old proverb which means that it’s not healthy for someone to work all the time and never play sports and games are very important for us. They not only keep us healthy and fit but offer us a change from the monotony of daily life. It also helps in character building. Study alone makes us exhaust. But sports remove out mental exhaustion. Education without sports is incomplete.

Sport is a part of our curriculum and we encourage the students to participate in the various sports activities. A football match was organized by Bhavnagar District Football Association from 4th September to 7th September 2014 in the university ground, Bhavnagar where the students of Amarjyoti Saraswati International Schol (ICSE Board) and Amarjyoti Saraswati Vidhyalaya (Gujarat Board) participated and won the ACRYSIL FOOTBALL CUP. It was a proud moment for the players when they won the match in the finals, the score being 3-0.

We would like to thank Chirag Parekh, one of our parents, who organized the football tournament is a great professional manner. An excellent promotion for football and sports in Bhavnagar. Well done to him and his team.
