It is celebrated to acknowledge the contribution of teachers. This day is dedicated by the disciples to their teachers. A <strong>Guru (teacher)<\/strong> plays an important role in moulding the life of a student. The Indian tradition widely accepts the positive influence of Guru (teacher) in a student\u2019s life. A teacher is considered to remove darkness from a student\u2019s life. A blessed student is one who has received<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">\u00a0the blessing of his guru.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>On a very auspicious and special day of <strong>Gurupurnima<\/strong>, i.e. <strong>16\/7\/2019<\/strong> the students and teachers of <strong>AJSV<\/strong> had a celebration on its account. In morning assembly <strong>students of STD 7<\/strong> felicitated teachers with flowers and there after Students council had organized a special assembly for the same.
