Students of Classes 9 to 12 gained valuable insights into emotional well-being, stress management, self-awareness, and the importance of seeking help without hesitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The interactive discussion created a safe and open space for students to understand that mental health is as important as physical health.
