“Empowering Girls for a Brighter Tomorrow”.<\/strong><\/span> Is the theme for 2019 International Girl Child Day<\/strong>. With the zeal of enthusiasm Amarjyoti Saraswati Vidhyalaya<\/strong><\/span> celebrated International Girl child day on 11th October, 2019<\/strong> in Zawerchand Meghani Auditorium.<\/p>

The motive of this day was to celebrate and promote the girls position in the world to make their living better with equal education, equal rights and fundamental freedoms. Auspicious lamp lighting<\/strong> by respected Amarjyoti mam<\/strong> with\u00a0a prayer song by choir team brought divine blessings to start the event.<\/span><\/p>

In this event renowned dignitaries and single girl child parents were invited as the guests for this occasion. 30 girls from underprivileged families were invited from Ekta high school<\/strong> and were gifted educational kit from AJSV school<\/strong> and t-shirts were sponsored by Parents of Harsh Thavrani<\/strong> (STD-12). The event began with lamp lighting and prayer song followed by a speech by Ayesha Lakhani<\/strong> from STD -10. Later students of 11th and 12th<\/strong> commerce presented a wonderful skit showing the importance of girl child in the family then a beautiful song was sung and anchoring of the event was done by Jaini mam<\/strong>. The event was well coordinated with the help of students council members and teachers.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
